Product Description

The Danbach C4 L Reach Truck AGV is the standard-fork, high-capacity sibling to the C4 Compact. Where the Compact series prioritizes narrow-aisle footprint, the L series adds standard-length forks, higher drivetrain power, and options up to 3,000 kg (6,614 lbs) rated capacity or 8 m (26.2 ft) lift height—making it the right choice for standard pallet fleets, high-bay warehouses, and heavier rack loads.

Mast carriage extends forks forward for rack pickup, then retracts the load into the truck body for transit. Load center-of-gravity stays inside the support polygon; dual front outriggers stabilize the high lift. Four configurations cover the standard warehouse reach-truck envelope.

Four Application-Specific Configurations

  • C4-HL-16-460B: 1.6T, 15.1 ft (4.6 m) lift—standard racking, mid-capacity
  • C4-HC-20-300B: 2T, 9.8 ft (3.0 m) lift with 2/4° mast tilt—low-rack with tilt stabilization
  • C4-BJ-20-800B: 2T base / 1.5T at top, 26.2 ft (8 m) lift—high-bay storage
  • C4-HL-30-460B: 3T (6,614 lbs), 15.1 ft lift, standard forks—heavy-duty racking

Highest Lift in the Line: 8 Meters

The C4-BJ-20-800B reaches 8 m (26.2 ft)—third-to-top-level racking in most high-bay distribution layouts. Ideal for DC and cold-storage high-density.

Heavy Capacity Option

The C4-HL-30-460B delivers 3,000 kg (6,614 lbs) rated capacity on standard forks—heavy enough for industrial pallet fleets, palletized machinery, and full-weight automotive and manufacturing loads.

Mast Tilt on 3 m Model

The C4-HC-20-300B adds 2/4° mast tilt for secure transport of unstable or top-heavy loads.

Dual Front Outriggers for Stability

Front outrigger legs extend the support polygon forward—stable rack pickup at full lift even with offset loads.

Laser Navigation, ±10 mm Repeatability

Natural-feature laser SLAM. Deploy without reflectors, stripes, or floor prep.

48V / 80V Lithium Drivetrain

Scales from 48V on the 2T models to 80V on the 3T heavy-capacity unit for sustained high-power operation.

Safety Guarantee

Dual front outriggers, safety scanners, electromagnetic brake, emergency stop, full auto/manual mode switchover.

Operational Functions

Rack pick and place at heights up to 8 m, heavy-pallet transport, high-bay storage and retrieval, automatic/manual mode switchover, WiFi fleet dispatch, mast-tilt load stabilization (300B model), outrigger-supported high-lift operation.

Core Sensors & Navigation

  • Navigation: Laser (natural-feature SLAM)
  • Positioning Accuracy: ±10 mm repeat
  • Safety: Dual front outriggers, safety scanners, electromagnetic brake, emergency stop
