The Danbach X1 Heavy-Duty Flatbed AGV is a steer-by-wire industrial platform engineered in five capacity tiers from 5 metric tons (11,023 lbs) up to 80 metric tons (176,369 lbs), with LiDAR, BeiDou/GNSS, and fused navigation options for indoor factory and outdoor yard deployment.

Steer-by-wire chassis architecture, configurable in Ackermann, front-steer rear-drive, or dual-steer dual-drive layouts, delivers heavy-load maneuverability that straight-line AGVs can’t match. Optional lifting, roller conveyor, and tilting modules let you customize the platform to your exact process—transfer, assembly feed, yard shuttle, or heavy workpiece handling.

Steer-by-Wire Chassis, Three Drive Configurations

All configurations deliver forward, reverse, straight-line, and curved-path travel.

LiDAR for indoor SLAM, BeiDou/GNSS for outdoor yard operations, or fused navigation that hands off seamlessly between the two for cross-facility routes. ±50 mm navigation accuracy across the full capacity range.

Under normal operating conditions and absent human-caused damage, Danbach provides free replacement parts for defective core components. Shipping costs on warranty replacements are the responsibility of the buyer.

Included with every unit:

  • 24/7 after-sales hotline via Omni Ai Robot and Danbach’s global service network (50+ service partners worldwide)
  • Free remote technical support via video conference, WhatsApp, and WeChat
  • Software and navigation stack updates

Warranty exclusions (buyer bears cost of replacement parts and shipping):

  • Unauthorized or unnecessary switching to manual mode that results in operational damage
  • Manually striking or disassembling critical components (sensors, cameras, antennas, control hardware)
  • Operation outside published environmental specifications
  • Unauthorized modifications or use of non-original spare parts
  • Expiration of the warranty period
