Product Description

The Danbach C4 Compact Reach Truck AGV merges the strengths of Danbach’s C2 Pallet Stacker and C3 Counterbalanced Stacker into a single narrow-aisle automation platform. Its mast carriage extends the forks forward of the front wheels for pick/place, then retracts the load into the truck body for transit—keeping the load center of gravity inside the support polygon and dramatically reducing the aisle width needed to operate.

Automate racking aisles that previously required a manned narrow-aisle reach truck—with none of the operator training, injury risk, or wage overhead. The C4 Compact handles non-standard pallets, closed pallets, and enclosed racks that defeat conventional pallet stackers.

Four lift-height / capacity tiers cover applications from low-rack staging to 5.5 m (18 ft) storage.

Four Lift-Height Tiers

  • C4-HC-16-270B: 1.6T (3,527 lbs), 8.9 ft (2.7 m) lift—low-rack and staging
  • C4-HC-20-330B: 2T (4,409 lbs), 10.8 ft (3.3 m) lift—mid-level racking
  • C4-HC-20-450B: 2T (4,409 lbs), 14.8 ft (4.5 m) lift—standard warehouse racking
  • C4-HC-20-550B: 2T (4,409 lbs), 18.0 ft (5.5 m) lift—high-bay storage

Narrow-Aisle Reach Geometry

Forks extend forward for rack pickup, then retract with the load for transit. Aisle requirements shrink dramatically versus counterbalanced designs—ideal for high-density warehouse layouts.

Industry-Leading Laser SLAM Navigation

Natural-feature laser navigation means ±10 mm repeat positioning accuracy without reflectors, tape, or floor markings. Maps your facility as-is.

Dual-Mode Operation

Full automatic autonomous operation for production duty, plus manual mode for commissioning, relocation, and exception handling—no separate manual forklift needed.

Handles Non-Standard Pallets

Engineered for pallets, closed pallets, and enclosed racks that pallet stackers and counterbalanced stackers struggle with.

Electromagnetic Braking & Polyurethane Wheels

Regenerative AC drive with electromagnetic brake for precise stopping. Polyurethane wheels for quiet, non-marking operation on indoor concrete floors.

Safety Guarantee

Front outriggers for stability, safety scanners, emergency stop, electromagnetic brake, and dual-mode auto/manual switchover.

Operational Functions

Narrow-aisle rack pick and place, automated high-bay storage and retrieval, non-standard pallet handling, closed pallet and enclosed rack operation, automatic/manual driving, WiFi fleet integration, dual outrigger support for stability at full lift.

Core Sensors & Navigation

  • Navigation: Laser (natural-feature SLAM)
  • Communication: WiFi
  • Drive Control: AC regenerative with electromagnetic brake
  • Safety: Front outriggers, safety scanners, emergency stop
