Product Description
The C19 is Danbach’s laser-radar pallet mover built for fast deployment and zero infrastructure modification. Rated at 1,500 kg (3,307 lbs), it navigates by natural-feature laser SLAM—no reflective plates, no magnetic stripes, no floor prep. Deploy a C19 across multi-path point-to-point transport routes in a fraction of the time required by legacy AGV installs.
Three versions let you match the platform to your integration depth: Standalone for simple single-machine deployment, Standard with 5G/WiFi fleet integration, and Smart with onboard pallet identification for fully autonomous pick/drop without fixed pallet positions.
Reflector-Free Laser Navigation
True natural-feature SLAM. The C19 maps your facility using permanent structural features—walls, racks, columns—so there’s nothing to install, maintain, or replace when you rearrange the layout.
Three Deployment Tiers
- C19-15-A Standalone: Runs solo, no network integration required. Ideal for single-route transport.
- C19-15-B Standard: 5G / industrial WiFi integration for fleet dispatch, WMS connection, and multi-vehicle coordination.
- C19-15-C Smart: All Standard features plus onboard pallet identification—picks pallets without requiring exact fixed positioning.
Compact & Aisle-Friendly
At 850 mm (33.5") wide with a 1.5 m (4.9 ft) turning radius, the C19 works in VNA-adjacent aisles where wider AGVs can’t fit.
Rapid Deployment
Simple commissioning—natural-feature SLAM means mapping a facility typically takes hours, not days. No civil work required.
24/7 Lithium Operation
24V 64Ah lithium system supports three-shift continuous duty. Automatic charging, manual charging, and hot-swap all supported.
Safety Guarantee
Forward obstacle detection, mechanical touch guard, emergency stop button, plus dual voice + warning-light alarm.
Operational Functions
Multi-path point-to-point transport, standard pallet pick/drop, fleet-wide dispatch (B/C versions), pallet identification without fixed positioning (C version), horizontal material transfer, automatic/manual charging, automatic/manual driving switchover.
Core Sensors & Navigation
- Navigation: Laser radar (natural-feature SLAM)—reflector-free
- Communication (B/C versions): 5G / WiFi
- Pallet ID (C version): Onboard vision/laser pallet identification
- Safety: Forward obstacle sensor, mechanical touch bumper, e-stop
