Product Description
Pair advanced laser navigation with a rugged steering-wheel chassis and you get a pallet handling AGV that drops into your existing workflow without tearing up the floor. The Danbach C1 replaces traditional manual forklifts for point-to-point pallet transport, delivering ±10 mm navigation accuracy, customizable load capacity from 800 kg to 2,000 kg (1,763 to 4,409 lbs), and 24/7 operation on a single lithium battery platform. Connect it to your facility via industrial WiFi or 5G—no magnetic tape, no reflectors, no infrastructure overhaul.
High Accuracy
Laser and magnetic navigation deliver ±10 mm stop and navigation accuracy—precise enough for tight rack placement and automated line feed.
Customizable Load Capacity
Specify anywhere from 800 kg (1,763 lbs) to 2,000 kg (4,409 lbs). Euro pallets, US 48×40 pallets, or non-standard custom pallets—the C1 platform adapts to your existing material.
5G / WiFi Autonomous Driving
Industrial WiFi or 5G mobile networks handle fleet communication and dispatch. No buried wires, no stripes to maintain.
Compact & Flexible
At just 850 mm (33.5") wide with a 1.8 m (5.9 ft) turning radius, the C1 threads through tight warehouse aisles where full-size manned forklifts simply can’t go.
24/7 Operation
Lithium battery with automatic charge, manual charge, or hot-swap options. Designed for three-shift continuous duty.
Cost-Effective Fleet Economics
Replace the ongoing labor cost of manned forklifts with a platform engineered for single-sided pallet handling at a high cost-performance ratio.
Safety Guarantee
Multi-layer protection: forward obstacle detection sensor, mechanical touch guard, 360° emergency stop, and 0–3 m adjustable safety sensing range with sub-20 mm emergency braking distance.
Operational Functions
Automatic pallet pick and drop, point-to-point horizontal transportation, multi-vehicle fleet dispatch, material and shelf detection, safety obstacle avoidance, automatic or manual charging, and optional outdoor factory-to-factory logistics via Beidou + 3D multi-line LiDAR + inertial navigation fusion.
Core Sensors & Navigation
- Navigation: Laser + magnetic (choose per environment) with optional Beidou + 3D multi-line LiDAR + inertial fusion for outdoor routes
- Communication: 5G / industrial WiFi
- Safety sensing: 0–3 m adjustable scanner range, forward obstacle detection, mechanical touch bumper, e-stop
